여기서 ,
checkBox.setFocusable(false);
checkBox.setClickable(false);
를 한 이유는 ListView에서 클릭리즈너가 CheckBox의 클릭리즈너가 겹쳐서 OnItemClickListener가 호출되지 않기 때문입니다.
그래서 CheckBox의 포커스와 클릭에이블을 false로 해주셔야 합니다.
